| 内容記述 | 本稿では、JETプログラム参加者を対象に実施された日本語教授法研修の設計と実践内容を報告し、その教育的意義の考察を行う。研修の参加者は日本語教育に関心を持つ JETプログラム参加者であり、現職の日本語教師ではなく、背景や経験も多様である。本研修は日本語教育への関心の向上と、日本語教育をキャリアの選択肢の一つとして意識させることを目的に設計され、特に、ロールモデルとして日本語教育に携わる JETプログラム経験者を紹介する教材『UTJ』の作成と、経験の内省を促すふりかえり活動の充実化に取り組んだ。質的・量的データを用いた分析により、研修を通して参加者の日本語教育への関心がより高まるとともに、参加者が日本語教育に関わる個別具体的な将来像を構想し、現在の職務への姿勢にも変化が見られたことが明らかとなった。本研修は、非現職者への日本語教師養成やキャリア支援の一つの在り方を示す試みだと言える。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study examines the design, implementation, and educational significance of a training program in Japanese language education delivered to participants of the JET Programme. Although the participants were interested in Japanese language education, they were not practicing teachers and represented diverse backgrounds and experiences. The program was developed to foster participantsʼ interest in the field and encourage consideration of Japanese language education as a viable career option. Emphasis was placed on creating UTJ, a teaching resource that introduces former JET participants who have pursued careers in Japanese language education as role models, and on strengthening structured reflection activities intended to encourage critical engagement with personal experiences. Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data indicated that the program deepened participantsʼ interest in Japanese language education and enabled them to envision individualized future trajectories within the field while prompting observable changes in their attitudes toward their current roles. The findings suggest that this training offers a potential model for teacher preparation and career support for individuals who are not yet working professionally in Japanese language education. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
