| 内容記述 | 本報告は国際交流基金派遣日本語教育専門家である筆者のインドネシア・スマトラ地区における日本語教育ネットワーク支援活動の基本的な考え方とその実践例について報告したものである。筆者はネウストプニー(1997: 181)による「ネットワーク」の考え方に倣い日本語教育ネットワーク支援活動を「日本語教育という活動に参加する者の配置と係わり合いをより活性化するための支援」と捉えて実践している。現在のところその支援の舞台は既に存在している各種の「教師会」であるが、筆者が観察した結果、これらの教師会には「形骸化」、「固定化」、「階層化」が見られ、ネットワークがネットワークであるためには不可欠である参加者の「配置と関わり合い」が停滞している、という問題が確認できた。そこで筆者は春原(1992)による「ネットワーキング・ストラテジー」という考え方を参考に、いくつかの「戦略」を立て、その改善に取り組んでいる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This is an interim report of the supporting program for developing (or improving) the network of Japanese language teachers and institutions in Sumatera, Indonesia by the author who was sent as an adviser on Japanese language teaching from the Japan Foundation. In his opinion, the network of Japanese language teaching and institutions is not only simply connections of Japanese language teachers and institutions, but also it means how the attendants are arranged and involved each other in it. To actualize this definition of the network in the Sumatera Area, he is trying to improve the already existing groups or institutions by using the idea of Haruhara(1992)’s “networking strategies”. He considers that the problems of the already existing groups or institutions are in their stagnation. To improve the situations (to activate these groups or institutions) he is trying to put various realistic strategies into practice in many ways. |
