| 内容記述 | 本稿では、平成2年に日本語国際センターで始まった司書日本語研修の13年間の歩みを振り返ると同時に、平成15年度に新規開講した専門プログラムについて紹介する。15年度には図書館関連の専門科目として、「図書館語彙」「図書館会話」「図書館読解」「日本事情概論」の4科目を開設し、それぞれの基礎的なテキストを開発した。図書館関連科目の拡充を図った結果、専門プログラムの総時間数は30時間(平成14年度)から87時間(15年度)へ約3倍に増加し、研修参加者の時間的負担は増したが、研修終了時のアンケート調査では、専門日本語科目に対する評価が高まったことが確認された。これは、(1)科目の細分化と体系化(2)テキスト作成による内容の充実(3)前期と後期のワークロード是正、の結果であると考えられる。 今後の課題としては、(1)専門科目の評価指標の確立 (2)専門聴解科目の開発 (3)図書館事情のテキスト作成、の3点を挙げたい。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This report overviews the history of the Japanese-Language Program for Librarians and the introduction of some new technical Japanese subjects. We developed four new subjects, “Vocabulary for Librarians”, “Conversation for Librarians”, “Reading for Librarians” and “Japanese Culture and Society”, and completed associated teaching materials. As a result, there has been a three-fold increase in teaching hours allocated to the new subjects. Although the participant’s workload became heavier after the introduction of the new subjects, participants gave the new subjects a higher evaluation than had been given to the previous subjects. Possible reasons for the increased questionnaire score are as follows; （1）Technical subjects were clearly subdivided and systematized. （2）New textbooks and study materials were introduced in 2003. （3）Students were able to balance 1st and 2nd term workloads. During 2004-2005, we hope to make the following changes; （1）Establish a system by which teachers can evaluate participants’ progress in learning the content of the new subjects. （2）Develop a listening subject for librarians. （3）Write a textbook which explains the Japanese library system. |
