| 内容記述 | 本稿では、研修評価の理論と現状について整理し、研修機関の評価システムを検討した上で、センターの評価システムに関する提案を行った。センターの研修事業は公益事業であり、研修成果が個人ではなく、「組織の業務能力の向上」につながっていることを示す必要がある。そのために、「組織の業務能力の向上」を研修事業のミッションとして明確化し、現在の研修プログラムを戦略的に再編成し、研修参加者を送り出す機関の組織的関与を引き出すツールを開発することを提案した。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study examined the general theory of the evaluation system and the evaluation system for the training organization. As a result a proposal concerning the evaluation system at the Japanese-Language Institute, Urawa is presented. As it is necessary to show that the training program of the Institute is a public utility, and that the result of training is connected not to the individual but to "capacity building," it is proposed that "capacity building" be clarified as a mission of the training program, that the present training program be organized to express this strategy, and that a tool that draws out the participation of the organization that sends training participants be developed. | |||||||||||||
